Processing smartphone images for assessment does not ensure final approval after comprehensive evaluation. There are instances where submitted images, utilizing various pixel sizes, may be deemed unsuitable for assessment.
It is highly recommended to use a resolution of 640X480 when capturing images of the pupil. While other resolutions are permissible, they should be multiples of 640X480, such as 1280X960, 2560X1920, 5120X3840, etc. Using resolutions that are not multiples of the standard 640X480 may result in incorrect image compression, leading to an oval-horizontal pupil and false positives, which will be rejected.
